General Project Information:
Turkmenbashi International Seaport is one of the largest transport and logistics complexes on the Caspian Sea and an important link in international transport corridors connecting Central Asia with the Caspian region and further with European markets.
As part of the development of the port’s railway infrastructure, the project included equipping the Turkmenbashi-1 railway station with modern railway signaling and traffic control systems, as well as associated station and auxiliary infrastructure. The project was aimed at ensuring the safe and efficient movement of railway traffic and the handling of freight trains within the port complex.

Scope of Work:
As part of the project, installation and commissioning works were carried out for the railway signaling, telecommunications, and power supply systems of the Turkmenbashy International Seaport railway infrastructure.
Railway Signaling Systems:
- Installation of railway signaling equipment;
- Installation of station signaling equipment;
- Laying and connection of signaling cables;
- Completion of the required cable connections.
Telecommunication Systems:
- Installation of railway telecommunication infrastructure equipment;
- Laying and connection of telecommunication cables;
- Installation and connection of communication and public address system equipment.
Power Supply Systems:
- Installation of power supply equipment for the railway infrastructure;
- Laying and connection of associated electrical cables;
- Installation of outdoor lighting equipment.
Marshalling Yard Equipment:
- Installation of compressed air supply system equipment for wagon retarders;
- Installation of associated auxiliary equipment.
Testing and Commissioning:
- Inspection of cable lines and electrical connections;
- Functional testing of installed equipment and systems;
- Performance of commissioning works;
- Preparation of the systems for operation.
