Construction of Cable Lines and Transformer Substations in Yandakly-Agyz Village, Ahal Province, Turkmenistan
General Project Information:
A 10/0.4 kV electrical distribution network was established to provide power supply to consumers in Yandakly-Agyz village.
The energy infrastructure includes 19 km of 0.4 kV cable lines, 11 km of 10 kV lines, ten transformer substations rated from 400 to 800 kVA, and a 10 kV distribution center.

Scope of Work:
The project included civil, electrical installation, and commissioning works for the development of the 10/0.4 kV electrical distribution network.
0.4 kV and 10 kV Distribution Lines:
- Laying of 0.4 kV cable lines with a total length of 19 km;
- Construction and installation of 10 kV lines with a total length of 11 km;
- Installation of cable joints and terminations and completion of electrical connections.
Transformer Substations:
- Installation of ten transformer substations rated from 400 to 800 kVA;
- Installation and connection of 10 kV and 0.4 kV equipment;
- Laying and connection of power and control cables;
- Electrical connections and installation of grounding systems.
10 kV Distribution Center:
- Installation of 10 kV distribution equipment;
- Connection of 10 kV lines;
- Cable and electrical connections and installation of the grounding system.
Testing and Commissioning:
- Testing of the lines, transformer substations, and 10 kV distribution center equipment;
- Inspection of electrical connections and grounding systems;
- Commissioning works;
- Preparation of the electrical distribution system for operation.
