«Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex», Turkmenistan
General Project Information:
The «Turkmenbashi Oil Refinery Complex», located in Balkan Province, is one of the largest industrial and oil refining facilities in Turkmenistan. The complex produces various petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel, liquefied gas, lubricating oils, and polypropylene.
The reliable operation of the complex's electrical equipment is essential for the uninterrupted operation of the facility's process and auxiliary systems.

Scope of Work:
As part of the project, comprehensive electrical testing was carried out on three 10 kV, 55 MVA generators to verify their technical condition and readiness for operation.
Generator Testing:
- Inspection of generator insulation condition and electrical testing of windings;
- Testing of grounding systems and electrical protection circuits;
- Measurement and verification of the main electrical parameters of the generators;
- Verification of electrical connections and correct equipment connection;
- Verification of equipment parameters against project requirements;
- Preparation of test reports and technical documentation.
